If you have not visited the TechnoBuffalo site and LinusTechTips YouTube channel and follow the world of computers and smart devices then youve missed a lot so far. But recently we saw they did an interesting YouTube video debate about Android and iOS platforms. They have tried to present their arguments which operating system is best where they stated their reasons why they felt that way.

TechnoBuffalo facing the iOS platform also while the well-known guy with a very interesting YouTube channel LinusTechTips protect the honor of the Android platform. We enjoyed the video clip but we have voted. Its time for you to look at the video and cast your vote. Enjoy!

20 million active Chinese Skype Users

In the latest results published by Skype on March 04 I found the following interesting phrase :
�Our registered user number includes users who registered through their MySpace account and excludes users that have registered on Skype through our investment to address the Chinese market, Tel-Online Limited�.

I happen to have the numbers published the previous years, and (unless Alzheimer caught me) I never remembered that they said �excluded the Chinese�!
There is indeed a difference in the numbers I kept and the new published numbers, see the table on the left. The �middle column �Skype-China� are the latest published numbers. The first column �Skype+China� is what they published in the past. The third column is my calculation of the Chinese users. Surprisingly the growth of the Chinese user accounts between 2008 and 2009 was disappointingly low! Pity they don�t publish the 2010 Skype account numbers included Chinese users. See also the graph below.Could this mean there were only 100 million Chinese Skype accounts created, and that therefore there are probably less than 20 million active users? Quite a disappointment compared to the population of China!

Doom 2016 is great

I have 46 hours recorded in single player mode on Steam and the campaign only takes about 11 hours to beat. This game seamlessly combines old school running and shooting with new school collecting and achievements and it is a tonne of fun.

Favourite weapon has to be the Gauss cannon. It fires a high damage accurate single shot which works great for running and gunning. You cant afford to stand around waiting for the automatic weapons to whittle down opponents. The Gauss cannon takes low level enemies out in a single shot even the really annoying shielded guys. The siege mode upgrade path allows it to charge up a massive area of effect shot. In my opinion the most powerful weapon in the game apart from the BFG. The only disadvantage of the Gauss cannon is that it does some much damage that it kills enemies before you can pull off glory kills.

The Mighty Saints Have Lost

Drew Brees and his bad hair

...their first game since winning the Superbowl last year. Sigh. Atlanta Falcons QB Matt Ryan and his team beat the Saints 27-24 in overtime (OT) on Sunday. Maybe the Saints QB, Drew "Bad Hair Day Everyday" Brees finally let his comb-over get the best of him. The Saints kicker, Garrett Hartley, missed an OT field goal which obviously didnt help matters.

#2- Our favorite "changed man," former dog-killer Michael Vick DID start this week and crushed the Jacksonville Jaguars with 4 touchdowns and 291 yards. If you remember from last week, the Philadelphia Eagles coach, Andy Reid, was getting pressure from all sides to start Vick over Kolb (pronounced "Cobb"). Last we heard, Kolb was scheduled to start, then mid-week, Reid changed his mind. Im guessing he was happy with his choice. (Although it seemed pretty obvious to everyone else.)

"All Day" AP

#3- Brett "Gramps" Favre and his Vikings finally won a game this week! However, it really had nothing to do with Favre. It had everything to do with RB"All Day" Adrian Peterson. Peterson is super fast and Favre seems to be doing nothing more than throwing interceptions these days (this is bad). They beat the Lions who are now 0-3 (this is also bad). In any case, it must be nice for Gramps to finally win one.

#4- The Dallas Cowboys finally won a game as well. They defeated the Houston Texans in a battle for bragging rights in Texas.

#5- Chris Johnson is great once again this week after having a rough game last week. His Tennessee Titans beat the NY Giants 29-10.

#6- The Oakland Raiders lost...because their kicker absolutely choked. Three times! The guy (Sebastian Janikowski) missed three (count them) three field goals including one at the last minute that could have won them the game. Yikes. Im sure hes getting hate mail and eggs thrown at him today.  The Raiders lost to the Cardinals by one point.

#7- And last but not least, there are only 2 teams so far that are undefeated (3-0) record. They are the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Kansas City Chiefs. The Chicago Bears and the Green Bay Packers are both 2-0. They are also both in the NFC North (read more about divisions at the top of the page in the tabs) and are division rivals. Luckily, they are playing each other tonight for Monday Night Football!

Kristins date, Jay

Some things to watch tonight: Remember Jay Cutler (Gay Butler), QB for the Bears? Apparently, hes now dating Kristin Cavallari...well have to see how it affects his game. However, hes up against Packers QB, Aaron Rodgers who is really really good. Hes one of the "top 4" QBs. (The other ones are Tom Brady, Peyton Manning and Drew "my hair sucks" Brees.) This is a great statistic to impress the guys.
